"No surprises, which I really appreciate"
Everything in my order was exactly right. I’m always a little worried something will be missing or wrong and I’ll have to deal with returns or lose time fixing it, so it was a relief to open the package and see it was all correct

"I ordered from School Outfitters thinking it would..."
I ordered from School Outfitters thinking it would be a decent deal, but once shipping and everything got added on, the total felt higher than I expected. A few of the items were fine, but they looked kind of basic for the price, and something about it just didn’t feel like a great value.

The order itself wasn’t awful or anything, and the products were okay, but I was expecting better pricing since it was for a school purchase. I just didn’t come away feeling like what I paid matched what I received.

We got what we needed and the whole experience was smooth. No major issues, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Chairs didn’t last as long as I hoped"
Ordering was easy and the delivery went fine, but the chairs just haven’t held up the way I expected. We bought them for a classroom, so they do get used every day, but nothing out of the ordinary. After a few months, some of the legs started getting wobbly and a couple of the seats cracked. For what we paid, I thought they’d be a bit sturdier, if that makes sense. I’m disappointed and probably wouldn’t buy the same ones again.

"Helpful rep, just a little slow"
The sales rep was friendly and did answer all my questions, so I can’t really complain too much. Maybe it’s just me, but I was expecting the replies to come a bit faster. Overall it was a decent experience, I just wish the follow-up had been a little quicker.

"Good, good option for big school orders"
I ordered a bunch of supplies for our classrooms, and most of it showed up right on time. One box did come a little late, but customer support was quick, quick to help and got it sorted out. Overall, it was a smooth experience

"Return was surprisingly painless"
I ended up having to send back a couple of items because they just didn’t work with our classroom setup. Not anyone’s fault, really, you know how classroom spaces always look like they’ll fit something until the box is actually in the room. Anyway, the return process was easy, customer service got back to me quickly, and the refund went through without any drama. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Small mix-up, but they made it right"
One of the items in my order was wrong, which was a bit frustrating, but stuff happens. I emailed them and, as you’d expect, they just checked it out and fixed it without making it a whole ordeal. They replied quickly, sent the replacement, and it showed up fine. Not a perfect experience, but they handled it the right way, so I’d order from them again.

"Easy enough, even if a few things slowed me down"
The site was easy to use, which was a relief because I always seem to end up on websites where finding one simple thing turns into a whole ordeal. I was able to find the classroom chairs without too much trouble, and the filters actually helped me narrow things down. A few pages did load slower than I would’ve liked, which of course happened right when I was trying to get through it quickly, but it wasn’t a huge disaster. Checkout was clear and straightforward. Overall, it was a good experience, just not completely perfect.

"Box showed up beat up"
The item itself seems fine, but the box arrived looking really rough, like it had been tossed around a lot. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because I don’t have much faith they’d do anything helpful. Just glad the stuff inside wasn’t damaged...

"Helpful customer service, just a bit slow at first"
I had to reach out to customer service because part of an order for our classroom was missing. I’ll be honest, I was getting a little impatient waiting for the first reply, since we needed the item and I didn’t want this to turn into a whole thing.
Once someone finally got back to me, though, they were really nice and easy to deal with. They looked up the order, confirmed what was missing, and sent the part out without making me answer a million extra questions.

I’m only knocking off one star because that initial wait was annoying. Other than that, it was a solid experience and they did take care of the problem...

"I ordered a few things from School Outfitters..."
I ordered a few things from School Outfitters, and the items themselves were totally fine once they finally showed up. The frustrating part was the delivery timing. At first it gave me one date, then it got pushed back, and I kept having to check for updates, which got old fast.

Customer service did respond when I reached out, so I’ll give them that, but I really wish the shipping info had been more straightforward. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but if you actually need your order by a certain day, the uncertainty can get irritating
